Refund Policy

ExamForge, operated by Zaid Al-Jumaily, provides subscription-based access to digital educational services and content.

14-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal payment. To request a refund within this window, contact us at contactexamforge@gmail.com with your account details and reason for the refund request.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. After the 14-day window expires, payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Beta Service & Service Changes

As a beta service, features and services may change or be removed at any time. We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with service changes, feature removal, or other modifications outside of the 14-day refund window.

What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your subscription will be canceled and you will lose access to the Service immediately.

Cancellation Without Refund

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings or by emailing contactexamforge@gmail.com. Cancellation prevents future charges, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. However, canceling does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless you are within the 14-day refund window.

Credits - No Refunds

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are a virtual currency used for AI-powered features and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

Credits expire 90 days after purchase. Unused credits will be automatically forfeited after this period.

Monthly subscriber bonus credits expire at the end of each calendar month and do not roll over.

Consumer Protection Laws

If your local consumer protection laws provide additional refund rights, withdrawal periods, or cancellation rights beyond what is stated here, those legal requirements will apply.

Payment Processing

Payments and refunds are processed through PayPal.
